Patricia Bettcher, age 74 of Casco Township, passed away on Monday, October 12. Services will be held Friday, Oct. 16 at 10 a.m. at the Kaatz Funeral Home in Richmond where visitation will be Thursday, Oct. 15 from 1:30-9 p.m. and Friday, Oct. 16 from 9 a.m.-10 a.m. Memorial may be given to the family.
