DETROIT (AP) – The Detroit Tigers have declined to offer new contracts to pitchers Al Alburquerque and Neftali Feliz. The moves Wednesday made Alburquerque and Feliz free agents. Alburquerque played five seasons in Detroit and had a 17-6 record and 3.20 ERA. Feliz signed with the Tigers in July after being released by the Texas Rangers. He went 2-2 with a 7.62 ERA in 30 relief appearances.
