Earl Winians, age 74 of Peck, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2016. Services will be held Friday, January 8 at 11 a.m. at the Carman Funeral Home in Brown City where visitation will be Thursday, Jan. 7 from 2-8 p.m. Memorials may be given to United Hospice.
