SALT LAKE CITY (AP) – The family made famous by the reality TV show “Sister Wives” is off the hook legally. Prosecutors in Utah say they won’t press charges against the family if a state law banning polygamy stays on the books. The stars of Sister Wives had sued, challenging the law against multiple wives. But the Utah attorney general says the family can’t challenge the law because they’ve never been prosecuted under it.
