SEOUL, South Korea (AP) – Twitter Inc. says users are experiencing problems accessing its microblogging service. The company says on its Twitter Support account Tuesday that it is aware of the issue and is working toward a solution. The announcement was sent at 0841 GMT. The service disruption has lasted at least an hour. Users said that the service was not accessible on desktop computers but some said the social media tool worked normally when accessed from a mobile phone.
