UNDATED (AP) – No more second chances for “American Idol” hopefuls. In seasons past, the judges would often tell the would-be star to keep practicing and come back next year. Well, this is the last season of Idol and there is no next year. One of this season’s returnees is 16-year-old Emily Brooke. She made it to the Hollywood round before being cut last year. On last night’s show, Emily impressed the judges, with Harry Connick Jr. saying she had the best audition of the day. The judges say Emily followed their advice and is much improved. Tonight, the last auditions ever on Idol.
