(DECKERVILLE) — The Deckerville School Board Monday night accepted the resignation of Board President Chuck Dumaw effective January 4. Curtis Vogel was then appointed to fulfill the remainder of Dumaw’s term, which will run through December 31, 2016. Board member Jon Block was elected to serve as Board President, Alysha Peruski will serve as Vice-President, Michele Pattullo was elected Secretary, and Spencer Osborne is the board Treasurer. In other business, the board discussed the different options available regarding the district levying 18-mills.
