Revolving Loan Funds Available for small businesses in the Thumb

(SANILAC COUNTY) — Small businesses in the Thumb are reminded that I-69 Regional Development Corporation Revolving Loan funds are available, promoting enhanced economic development in the region. The loans are available in Genesee, Huron, Lapeer, Sanilac, Shiawassee, St. Clair, and Tuscola counties for financing business expansions or location projects that create new jobs. The maximum loan amount is negotiated based on job creation and fund availability. The project must create at least one job for every $35,000 loaned.
