Douglas Ruggles, age 55 of Deckerville, passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2016. Services will be held Monday, February 1 at 11 a.m. at the Marsh Funeral Chapel in Sandusky where visitation will be Sunday, Jan. 31 from 1-9 p.m. and Monday, Feb. 1 from 10-11 a.m. Memorials may be given to the Douglas Ruggles Scholarship Fund.
