Body found off Harsens Island Identified as London, Ontario man
(HARSENS ISLAND) — St. Clair County authorities have identified the body of a man found floating off Harsens Island Wednesday morning. Sheriff Tim Donnellon says the man is 68-year old Richard Wainwright of London, Ontario.
