Dale F. Phillips, age 65 of St. Clair Shores, formerly of Decker, passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2016. Services will be held Monday, Feb. 8 at 10 a.m. at the Kaul Funeral Home in St. Clair Shores where visitation will be held Saturday, Feb. 6 from 3-9 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 7 from 2-6 p.m. Memorials may be given to Gleaners or the Wounded Warriors.
