(TUSCOLA COUNTY) — An investigation into a child abuse case in Tuscola County lead to the arrest of a Fostoria area man. Tuscola County Sheriff’s detectives were given a referral from Child Protective Services on the case originating at a home in Watertown Township, when a 3-month old baby was taken to an area hospital with a broken femur around the 2nd of January. After obtaining a warrant, 34-year old Michael Neibert was arrested and charged with first-degree child abuse. He was arraigned on the charge and bond was set at $30,000 cash or surety.
