BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (AP) – It’s such a simple idea, it makes you wonder why no one ever thought to do it before.The producers of this year’s Oscars are trying something to eliminate – hopefully – the image of actors who have won an award to babble through a list of people they need to thank. The producers will have a list of names winners want to thank – and will scroll the list on the screen, giving the winning actors the opportunity to talk about the award itself – in 45 seconds or less.
