(SANDUSKY) — The Sandusky City Council recently completed their annual evaluations of City Manager Dave Faber and Police Chief Brett Lester. Both administrators were evaluated on a scale of 1 to 5 on Intellectual Abilities, Work Habits, Communication, Budget, Employee Relations, Personal Traits, Managing and Controlling, and Planning. A 1 rating represented an exceptionally high quality performance with a 5 rating unsatisfactory. City Manager Faber’s overall rating was 1.50 and Chief Lester received a 1.29 overall rating. Sandusky Mayor Tom Lukshaitis thanked both Faber and Lester for their excellent leadership.
