(SANILAC COUNTY) — Justin Faber has announced his candidacy to represent Sanilac and St. Clair County residents in the Michigan House of Representatives. The 83rd House District serves all of Sanilac County and Burtchville Township, Fort Gratiot Township, and the City of Port Huron in St. Clair County. The District is currently represented by Republican Paul Muxlow, who cannot run for reelection because of term limits. Justin Faber has served area residents for decades, both as a former member of the United States Army National Guard and as Chairman of the Sanilac County Board of Commissioners. In addition to his public service, Faber is a successful entrepreneur and has been a small business owner for nearly 20 years. The 2016 Michigan House of Representatives Primary Election will be held August 2 with the General Election set for November 8.
