(MARLETTE) — The Marlette Masons, in conjunction with the Marlette Chamber of Commerce, is hosting the annual awards dinner in May to recognize members of the Marlette community for their service and dedication to the community. Three individuals will be recognized for their outstanding support to the community and awarded with “Citizen of the Year,” “Volunteer of the Year,” and “Educator of the Year” honors. Nominations are being sought through April 14. Nominees do not have to be a Marlette resident, but their work and contributions must be in support of Marlette and its community. Nominations may be sent by email to marletteawards@gmail.com and must include a summary explaining why you believe that person deserves the honor. Include your name and contact information as well. The dinner will be held on May 3 at the Marlette Masonic Lodge. Ticket information will be released soon.
