Jeremy Johnston, age 43 of Sandusky, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2016. Services will be held on Monday, April 18 at 11 a.m. at the Hacker Funeral Parlors in Sandusky where visitation will be held Sunday, April 17 from 2-8 p.m. and Monday, April 18 from 10 a.m.-1 a.m. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery in Sandusky. Memorials may be given to the Sandusky High School Bowling Team or the family.
