(ST. CLAIR COUNTY) — The Capac Rest Area, Rest Area 913, on westbound I-69 will be closed beginning Monday, April 25 for concrete work. The rest area will remain closed to traffic for approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on the weather, and should be back open by mid-May.
