(HURON COUNTY) — Voters in Huron County went to the polls on Tuesday and passed the Bad Axe Schools $4.2 million bonding proposal with 454 yes to 193 no votes. The Unionville-Sebewaing Schools $1.6 million bonding proposal passed with 226 yes votes to 152 no. The district was also seeking a sinking fund tax levy of 1.1-mills over 10-years, which passed with 218 yes to 162 no votes. The Caseville School Districts $4.2 million bond proposal was defeated by 38 votes with 245 no and 207 yes.
