Casual for a Cause Cash goes to Soldier’s Relief Program

(SANILAC COUNTY) — The Sanilac County Veteran’s Affairs Soldier’s Relief Program will benefit from Sanilac County Community Mental Health’s “Casual for a Cause” fundraiser. CMH Executive Director Jim Johnson recently presented a check to Veterans’ Affairs Director Shannon Kreger in the amount of $978. The Soldier Relief Program assists Sanilac County Veterans with emergency needs. Community Mental Health employees dress casually every other Friday in exchange for a $3 donation toward the “Casual for a Cause” fund. The money is donated to non-profit organizations in the county.
