(TUSCOLA COUNTY) — Tuscola County Sheriff’s deputies were sent to the 3000 block of E. Deckerville Road Friday morning for an unknown medical problem. The call reported that a man was found laying in the mud near a quad runner, well of the roadway around 11:30 a.m. Sgt. Mattlin, who was in the area, responded along with Conservation Officer Josh Wright. Once on scene it was determined that additional resources would be needed to get the man help. The Caro and Kingston Fire Departments were called to assist. After carrying the man a short distance, first responders were able to get him into the conservation officer’s truck and drive him to a nearby open field where he was transported by Life Net to an area hospital for treatment. No other information has been released and the man’s condition is unknown.
