(PECK) — The Peck Summer Festival is happening this Friday through Sunday with family activities all weekend. The carnival rides and games will be located at Peck Schools. The TTPA Tractor Pulls at Rec Field start at 6:30 p.m. Friday night with a refreshment tent opening at Noon. Gate fees are $8 for ages 13 and up, $5 for children ages 5-12, and the family rate is $30 per car. The Elk Township Library is holding a book sale from 9-5 p.m. Friday and from 9-1 p.m. Saturday. The American Legion Steak Dinners at the Pines are $10 each from 5-8 p.m. and the fireworks show gets underway at dusk. On Saturday, the car show runs from 1-5 p.m. with the crowning of Peck Royalty at 4 p.m. This year’s King and Queen are Michael Bissett and Kathy Burns. The Prince and Princess are Joey Herrick and JJ Zappa. The Royal Baby is Spenser Soehren. The TTPA mini tractor pulls start at Noon Saturday with the ATV and Truck Mud Bog starting at 5:30 p.m. The St. John’s Catholic Church Breakfast is Sunday from 8-11 a.m. and all are welcome!
