PITTSBURGH (AP) – San Jose finds itself in a must-win situation in the first Stanley Cup Final in team history. The Sharks are down 3-1 to the Penguins, heading into Game 5 tomorrow night in Pittsburgh. No team in nearly three quarters of a century has rallied from a 3-1 deficit to win the Stanley Cup Final. The Sharks have fallen behind in all four games of the series. But coach Peter DeBoer can point to the closeness of the series as encouragement. Two of the three Sharks losses have been by one goal and one of them was in overtime. Pittsburgh meanwhile, is looking to complete a remarkable comeback under mid-season replacement coach Mike Sullivan. The Penguins have gone from a struggling team to the verge of winning the fourth title in franchise history and first since 2009.
