(LAPEER) — The 21-year old North Branch man charged with the murder of his co-worker has been bound over to Lapeer County Circuit Court following a preliminary exam Wednesday. Andrew Hall remains jailed on a $1 million bond for the death of 23-year old Miguel Harvey of Port Huron on January 16. On that day, Lapeer County authorities were sent to a car fire/explosion on Kings Mill Road near North Branch to find the victim inside the burned vehicle. The investigation led to Hall, who was charged with first degree homicide, tampering with evidence, and arson. The judge determined there was probable cause on all counts Wednesday.
