(MARLETTE) — Sanilac County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating the theft of a pickup truck from the 6700 block of Marlette Road in Marlette. Authorities say the black 1997 Dodge extended cab pickup was taken sometime between 10 p.m. Tuesday, June 21 and 5 a.m. Wednesday, June 22. The pickup has noticeable damage to the right side box and the rear window has plexiglas on the rear driver’s side. Also stolen with the vehicle was a large amount of power tools that were kept inside of it. Anyone with information is asked to contact Sanilac County Central Dispatch at 810-648-2000, Extension 2.
