Croswell Fishing Contest Winners

(CROSWELL) — The winners of the Croswell Parks, Recreation, and Festivals Committee “Longest Fish Contest” held on July 23 at Riverbend Park were Tom and Jared Pringle from North Street. They caught a 28-inch pike worth $80. Second place went to Taylor and Pat Quintano of Lexington for their 15 1/2-inch pike. They were awarded $40 for their catch. Proceeds from the contest go to the purchase of fish to stock the Black River. The next fishing contest is set for Saturday, August 27. Information is posted on the City of Croswell web page.
