(CASEVILLE) — Cheeseburger in Caseville is in full swing and the crowd favorite “Parade of Tropical Fools” will roll through town on Wednesday evening. Thousands of visitors from all over the Thumb and beyond stake their prime spot to view the more than 100 floats that will travel down M-25 at Huron Street beginning at 5:30 p.m. sharp. The parade ends when the last float reaches the entrance to County Park Beach. Cheeseburger got underway last Friday, August 12 and the fun won’t stop until Sunday, August 21. Live music will follow the parade Wednesday with the Buffett Tribute Band at the Amphitheater. Friday there are plenty of kids activities throughout town and a laser light show at the Amphitheater. Saturday there is a craft show at Caseville Schools from 10 a.m.-5p.m. and Sunday it’s the classic car show from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the county beach.
