Charles Dhooghe, age 84 of North Branch, passed away on Friday, August 26, 2016. Services will be held on Tuesday, August 30 at 11 a.m. at the Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in North Branch. Visitation at the Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home in North Branch is Monday, August 29 from 4-8 p.m. with a rosary service at 7 p.m. and Tuesday, August 30 at the church from 10-11 a.m. Memorials may be given to Hometown Hospice.
