(VASSAR) — Authorities are still seeking tips on the whereabouts of a teen who ran away from a juvenile center late last Saturday. The 17-year old boy left Wolverine Rehabilitation Camp in Vassar. Police say the boy went into a heavily wooded area near the facility after leaving the cabin he was in. He was wearing black jeans and a black sweatshirt when he left. The teen is described as being 6′ tall, weighing around 180 pounds with blond hair and brown eyes. Wolverine Rehabilitation Camp is not a secured facility and there are no locks on the doors. Officials say the teen has no criminal history and was at the facility under a court order. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Tuscola County Sheriff’s Department.
