The Cros-Lex Board of Education is beginning the process of hiring a new superintendent. The board is soliciting the community and staff for input on the qualities, experiences, and skills needed in the new superintendent. Residents of the district as well as staff are encouraged to participate in the process. The board is being assisted in the search by the Michigan Association of school Boards. Donna Oser is facilitating the search on behalf of the MASB. This week she is holding meetings in the district to give the community and staff an opportunity for input. She is meeting with parents and community members in the Cros-Lex High School cafetorium this afternoon at 4:30 and tomorrow, Wednesday, at 6pm. The public is urged to attend.
