(Sandusky) – Enabling McKenzie Health System to further support rural healthcare, the 29th Annual McKenzie Health System Autumn Benefit raised over $20,000. The annual event supports the McKenzie Development Fund, which, in turn, is used to purchase equipment, provide services and bring technology to rural healthcare.
With nearly 150 attendees, this year’s Autumn Benefit featured a delicious dinner, a new Chinese auction, the always-popular raffle, as well as music from the Toppermost Beatles Tribute Band – the most-booked tribute act in Michigan. The group played Beatles songs from several periods and delighted the generous crowd.
“This event is a highlight of the year as the funds raised allow us to provide even stronger services,” said Nina Barnett, Public Relations Coordinator of McKenzie Health System. “We are so grateful to our donors and attendees for making this year’s celebration such a rousing success.”
