Business donates to Marlette Hospice

(Marlette) – A local business, aided by a group of exceptional community volunteers, recently donated a charitable contribution of $2,000 to United Hospice Service of Marlette Regional Hospital. Over the course of the last several months, Eddie G’s restaurant in Marlette has hosted a very popular Burger and Bike Night, and euchre tournament where a portion of the proceeds and a 50/50 raffle has benefited the hospice program. Event organizers said a number of area people volunteered their time to make the donation possible.
