A 32-year old Port Huron woman was arrested on multiple drug charges

(Port Huron) – A large methamphetamine lab was dismantled late Wednesday, after police received a call regarding a 32-year old Port Huron woman who had overdosed on heroin. St. Clair County Sheriff Tim Donnellon said deputies responded to a home in the 4000 block of Dove Road around 5:30 p.m. Deputies discovered the woman in the home with her two-year old son. A deputy who is trained in methamphetamine laboratory detection saw several items in the home that indicated a meth lab was in the house. The woman was transported to a local hospital and later arrested.
The two-year old was turned over to a family member and child protective services was notified. St. Clair County Drug Task Force received a search warrant for the residence and found13 one pot meth labs, finished methamphetamine product, meth lab components, gas generators, drug packaging and scales.
The woman is expected to face multiple drug charges and will be arraigned Friday.
