(Marysville) – Two Marysville residents are lodged at the St. Clair County Intervention and Detention Center, following a drug bust Monday night. According to Sheriff Tim Donnellon, the St. Clair County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence in the City of Marysville at about 8:30 p.m. The raid was the culmination of an investigation into the sales of heroin and cocaine in the Marysville and Port Huron areas. Once inside the residence, DTF located and seized about $500 worth of cocaine. Also seized was heroin, pills, drug packaging materials, cash, scales, cell phones and a vehicle.
A 35-year old man, and 35-year old woman, were expected to be charged on multiple drug charges including possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and possession of heroin with intent to deliver.
