Marijuana found in Argyle home

Sanilac County sheriff deputies were called to assist the Michigan State Police Tuesday night around 7 p.m. after receiving a call about a possible domestic dispute and malicious destruction of property. Police interviewed a 34-year old Argyle man and learned he illegally had six ounces of processed marijuana and a marijuana plant. Police also found the man to have brass knuckles and Schedule 2 narcotics.
Charges are being sought on the man for multiple drug charges and possession of an unlawful weapon. The incident remains under investigation.
