The suspect in a domestic-felonious assault incident yesterday in Mussey Township is in custody. Kenneth Block turned himself in to police after seeing his picture on Facebook. Deputies responded to Block’s home in the 16000 block of Donald Road for a domestic dispute and met the victim, a 35 year old woman who is Block’s live-in girlfriend and the couple’s 12 year old daughter in the driveway of the home. The woman said Block had assaulted her and threatened to kill her with a 12 gauge shotgun. Block is being held at the St. Clair County Intervention and Detention Center and was expected to be arraigned in Port Huron’s 72nd District Court Friday. He is facing two counts of unlawful imprisonment, assault by strangulation, interference with electronic communications device causing injury or death, interference with electronic communications device and aggravated domestic assault- 2nd offense.
