Sandusky city council heard good news from City Manager Dave Faber last week after he spoke with a local businessman who is planning an expansion.
Faber said Brain Parks notified him of his plans to increase his floor space at the Industrial Park business by 24,000 square feet.
Faber told council Parks plans to add another 4,000 square feet of office space along with 20,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
Faber said work on the expansion is expected to begin yet this summer.
