(LAPEER COUNTY) – The St Clair County and Lapeer County Sheriff’s Offices executed a search warrant at a residence in Lapeer County’s Goodland Township and were able to solve an eight month old case.
The warrant was a result of a continuing investigation into the larceny of firearms from the Berville Lions Club in January.
During the search of the residence, the six stolen firearms were recovered.
A 32-year old Goodland Township, and a 32-year old Macomb Township resident are now facing charges of the theft of the missing firearms.
