Earl Filkins, age 83 of North Branch, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2018. Services will be held Saturday, January 27th at 3:00 p.m. at the Blackburn Chapel – Martin Funeral Home. Visitation at the funeral home Saturday from noon to 3:00 p.m.
