Following action taken at their regular meeting earlier this week, Cass City officials have agree to enter in to a Collective Bargaining Agreement with their DPW employees, something that has never been done previous to monday night’s action. The new pact is for around 10 employees od the DPW and Parks Department and according to village officials, the new agreement will have very little economic impact. Several employes voiced concern over what they claim was mismanagement from a former village official as the need for the new bargaining group.
