A single vehicle crash in southern Lapeer County has claimed the life of a 39-year old Metamora man. Lapeer County sheriff deputies received multiple calls of a vehicle driving erratically on Dryden Road, west of Dryden shoretly after 9 p.m. According to police, the vehicle eventually struck a retaining wall and rolled over, ejecting the driver. Police do not believe drugs or alcohol were involved in the crash which remains under investigation. The victim’s name has noot been released, pending notification of family.
