(SANDUSKY) – The suspect in the stabbing of a 43-year-old Peck area man in the early morning hours of July 30th has been arraigned. The suspect, identified as the victim’s Mother-in-law 61-year-old Suzanne Pond, was arraigned on felony charges of Assault with Intent to Murder and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Tuesday afternoon in 73A District Court in front of Magistrate Myla Ford.
The stabbing occurred as a result of a family dispute in the 6500 block of Paldi Road in Speaker Township.
She remains in custody on a $500,000 Cash/Surety Bond with her next Court appearance scheduled for August 14th.
