A 48-year old Harbor Beach man was given 90 days in jail, with credit for 67 served, after appearing in a Huron County court Monday. Geoffry Kunz of Harbor Beach was originally charged with delivery of a controlled substance and was also given 12 months probation. He must comply with mandatory drug testing and pay restitution. Kunz was arrested in June in Harbor Beach after deputies and officers from Harbor Beach seized cocaine, prescription pills and cash. A 2002 Lincoln Town Car was also searched with an unidentified powdery substance located.
