Imlay City is still looking for applicants to fill vacancies on the ballot this fall. The City Commission has four open seats for the General Election this fall and according to their city charter, they need to have at least six candidates file to run. Because they conduct an at-large election, Imlay City will seat the top four vote winners on the commission, with the top three earning four-year terms and the fourth receiving a two-year term.
