Just a day after an accident at the same intersection caused injuries, another driver was injured Thursday afternoon when two vehicles collided in Millington Township around 3 p.m. Tuscola County Sheriffs deputies responded to M-15 and Murphy Lake Road and discovered a vehicle traveling west on Murphy Lake road and had stopped for M-15. The 17-year old Millington driver proceeded into the intersection and struck a vehicle driven by a 34-year old Essexville woman headed south on M-15. The woman was transported to Covenant hospital for treatment of her injuries while the teen was not hurt. Millington Fire and Police departments assisted deputies at the scene.
