A trial date has been set for the Marlette Township woman accused of killing her husband. Donna Rager’s trial is scheduled for January 8th in Sanilac County Circuit Court. The date was scheduled during her circuit court arraignment Monday afternoon. A final pre-trial hearing is set for November 13th. Rager is being held in Sanilac County jail on $1 million bond after being arrested when investigators found her husband dead inside their Cooper Road home following a request for a well being check July 18. Rager is facing multiple charges including Open Murder. Investigators said Richard Rager had not been seen for several days before making the discovery.
