Explosion Investigated
On June30, 2019 at approximately 5:12A.M., Sanilac Central Dispatch received a 9-1-1 call reporting an explosion in the 2000 block of Argyle Road. Sanilac County Sheriff’s Deputies responded with Argyle Fire.

On June30, 2019 at approximately 5:12A.M., Sanilac Central Dispatch received a 9-1-1 call reporting an explosion in the 2000 block of Argyle Road. Sanilac County Sheriff’s Deputies responded with Argyle Fire.
According to Deputies, an occupied apartment building received extensive damage from an apparent explosion. The three apartments most effected by the explosion were not occupied at the time. The subjects in the attached apartment were not injured.
This incident remains under investigation and does not appear to be suspicious in nature.
Argyle Fire and Moore Fire secured the scene with the Sanilac County Emergency Manager. Bingham EMS responded for medical evaluation and assistance.
