Expansion eyed for Lexington’s Cadillac House

After bringing new life to a previously empty landmark in downtown Lexington, owners of the Cadillac House are now planning a second phase of the development at the main intersection in town. The Lexington Planning Commission will consider site plans at their meeting early next week of an expansion project involving two other buildings directly south of the renovated business. Plans call for an increase of 10 hotel rooms, potential retail space, a meeting room and a guest lounge. The Lexington Village Council is expected to take action on the request at their meeting late this month.
