(HURON COUNTY) – Michigan State Police made a drug bust Wednesday night in Huron County, arresting three people for their alleged roles in the case.
According to Troopers, a 31-year old male, a 31-year old female and a 48-year old female were all taken into custody in Bad Axe and are facing multiple drug charges.
Troopers stopped a woman leaving a known drug house around noon Wednesday while she was walking north on Port Crescent Street.
During a conversation with the woman, Troopers allegedly found an amount of meth in her possession and eventually took her into custody.
A search warrant was later executed at the drug house where Troopers say they discovered a large amount of meth and other narcotics along with a loaded firearm.
Two additional subjects were arrested inside the home and all three are facing multiple drug charges.
They are facing court action in the coming days.
