Deputies from the Tuscola County Sheriff Department responded to a residence on Willard Road in Millington Twp for a fight Monday afternoon, shortly after 1 p.m.
According to investigators, following a physical altercation with a family member who is the suspect’s brother, the subject is alleged to have produced a shotgun and trying several times to shoot a group of people at the residence, but the firearm jammed.
37-year old Victor Carll was taken into custody without incident following the fight and was arraigned July 21st.
Carll is now facing multiple charges including assault with attempt to murder and felony firearm.
His bond was set at $500,000 dollars and he remains lodged in the Tuscola County jail awaiting further court appearances.
